FITFAST – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of FitFast Online Coaching services. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our coaching services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About FitFast

FitFast provides personalised online fitness coaching, including training programmes, nutrition guidance, progress monitoring, check-ins and ongoing coaching support.

References to “FitFast”, “we”, “us” or “our” throughout these terms refer to the provider of the FitFast Online Coaching service.

2. Online Coaching

FitFast Online Coaching may include:

  • Personalised training programmes
  • Personalised nutrition guidance
  • Weekly progress check-ins
  • Adjustments to training and nutrition plans
  • Access to coaching through the FitFast App and/or other communication platforms
  • Ongoing coaching, accountability and support

The exact service provided may vary depending on the coaching package purchased and the individual requirements of the client.

3. Membership & Payment

FitFast Online Coaching is currently offered at £75 per month, unless a different price or promotional rate is clearly stated when you join.

Payment is taken through the payment system used when registering for the service.

Where coaching is purchased as a recurring subscription, payments will continue at the agreed billing frequency until the subscription is cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and up to date.

4. No Lock-In & Cancellation

FitFast Online Coaching has no long-term lock-in unless a specific package is expressly sold with a minimum term.

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring payments but does not normally provide a refund for a coaching period that has already begun, except where required by law.

You will continue to receive any applicable service/access until the end of the period you have already paid for, subject to the terms of the platform through which your subscription is managed.

5. Cooling-Off Rights

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation period under consumer law.

If you ask us to begin supplying personalised coaching or digital services during this cancellation period, you expressly request that performance of the service begins before the cancellation period has expired.

Where legally applicable, if you subsequently cancel during the cooling-off period after services have begun, we may charge a proportionate amount for services already supplied.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Refunds

Because FitFast coaching involves personalised programming, assessment, communication and other services that may begin shortly after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once the relevant service has been supplied.

This does not affect any refund, cancellation or other rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or are legally entitled to a refund, please contact us.

7. Client Responsibilities

For coaching to be effective, clients are expected to provide accurate information and communicate honestly about their training, nutrition, progress and circumstances.

You remain responsible for deciding whether exercises and activities are appropriate for you and for performing them safely.

You should stop exercising and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience concerning symptoms, injury or illness.

8. Health & Medical Information

FitFast provides fitness, training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Coaching information is provided for general fitness and educational purposes and is not a substitute for individual medical diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for informing us of relevant injuries, limitations or other circumstances that could affect your ability to participate safely.

Where appropriate, you should obtain clearance from a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or materially changing an exercise or nutrition programme.

9. Results

Individual results vary considerably.

Results depend on numerous factors, including adherence, consistency, training effort, nutrition, lifestyle, starting position and circumstances outside FitFast's control.

Examples of previous client transformations are provided to demonstrate what clients have achieved and do not guarantee that another client will achieve the same or similar results.

10. FitFast App & Third-Party Services

Your coaching may involve access to third-party applications, websites or communication services.

Availability of these services may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical problems or changes made by the relevant third-party provider.

Where reasonable, we will attempt to provide alternative communication or access if a significant technical issue affects delivery of the coaching service.

11. Intellectual Property

Training programmes, nutrition plans, written materials, videos, graphics, documents and other FitFast coaching materials supplied to you are for your personal use only.

Unless we give prior written permission, you must not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish or commercially exploit FitFast coaching materials.

12. Account & Coaching Access

Any account or coaching access supplied to you is intended for you personally and should not be shared with another person unless FitFast has agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where there is serious misuse of the service, abusive behaviour, fraudulent activity or a material breach of these terms.

Where consumer law requires otherwise, your statutory rights will continue to apply.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, FitFast will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was entered into or for business losses arising from a consumer's use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information supplied through check-ins, communications and coaching services will be used as reasonably necessary to provide and administer your coaching and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on our website.

Changes will not remove statutory rights that have already arisen.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws applicable where you live.

17. Contact
